What is an active agent?
An agent account (agent/NAME or bot/NAME) that lands at least one change in your organisation during a calendar month: a land, a compare-and-swap that moves a branch, or a change request it wrote or landed. Refused lands don't count, and people are never agents. An agent that lands nothing that month costs nothing.
Is there a limit on lands?
Fair use is 3,000 lands per paid agent per month. Going past it starts a conversation with us, never an automatic charge.
What happens when we reach a plan limit?
A new agent's land is refused with a message saying so; agents already active that month keep landing. Over the storage limit, writes are refused and reads keep working. Adding a person beyond the plan is refused. Nothing is ever deleted.
Is single sign-on extra?
No. OpenID Connect sign-in (Okta, Entra ID, Google, Auth0, Keycloak) is included in every tier, and in the open-source server.
Where is Grovedock Cloud available?
India first: Cloud is for customers in India, billed in rupees with GST. Outside India, self-hosted support is available today by invoice, and you can join the waitlist for Cloud in your region.
What if Grovedock goes away?
The server is Apache-2.0 and runs on your own machines, and pando export-git writes your history back to git with identical trees, any time.
